Please read our terms and conditions. Herein, “Pashmina Wholesale” refers to Pashmina Wholesale. “the customer” refers to any person, persons or organization who choose to use this website, or order from Pashmina Wholesale.
1.1 Pashmina Wholesale reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notification.
1.2 The customer confirms that they have authority to bind any business on whose behalf this website is being used.
2. Order process & Delivery
2.1 Acceptance of the customers order and the completion of the contract between the customer and Pashmina Wholesale will take place on dispatch to the customer of the products ordered unless Pashmina Wholesale have notified the customer that we do not accept the order, or have cancelled it.
2.2 Pashmina Wholesale do not file details of and orders to be accessed directly on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records (this can be via email). If the customer wishes to obtain specific details of previous orders please Contact Pashmina Wholesale however Pashmina Wholesale cannot guarantee the supply of these.
2.3 Pashmina Wholesale will not be held responsible, nor will Pashmina Wholesale incur any cost as a direct result of a failure to supply a complete and accurate delivery address when making payment. This includes exact address details with no mistakes, the correct post code, and any additional information needed to complete delivery. The cost of any additional delivery attempts must be covered by the customer. If, as a result of the customer failing to supply a correct delivery address, the goods are in transit for a period longer than 7 days after the first delivery attempt, the 7 day period of our money back guarantee (see point 4.1) will expire and the customer will assume the full cost of the order, together with the cost of any future delivery attempts. If the customer chooses not to have the goods redelivered, or refuses to pay the cost of redelivery, Pashmina Wholesale will withhold the good indefinitely without refund.
2.4 Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when the customer place an order. Pashmina Wholesale make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Pashmina Wholesale shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
2.5 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to the customer on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery.
2.6 If required, goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
3.1 When paying using PayPal, by completing any transaction with us, the customer is also agreeing to the PayPal terms and conditions, outlined here. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that Pashmina Wholesale are unable to supply the goods, Pashmina Wholesale will inform the customer of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where the customer has already paid for the goods.
3.2 Any prices displayed on the website may not always be completely accurate and are subject to change.
3.3 Title to any products the customer orders on this website shall pass to the customer on delivery of the products provided that Pashmina Wholesale have processed and received payment in full for the products.
3.4 All prices are shown in pound sterling and excludes VAT (unless otherwise statede) at the current rates.
4. Returns & Cancellations
4.1 Pashmina Wholesale offer a 7-day money back guarantee from the date of the first delivery attempt. If delivery is not made due to negligence from pashmina wholesale within this period, then this period will extend indefinitely. Orders cannot be returned in part. The entire order must be returned unopened, and in their original packaging.
4.1.2 All goods must be checked to ensure the correct quantity and styles have been received within the 7-day money back guarantee period. We cannot offer to refund or replace inccorrect orders after this period.
4.2 All unwanted goods are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
4.3 Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case Pashmina Wholesale will do our best to offer the customer a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If the customer is not happy with the replacement, the customer can return it in accordance with our 7-day money back guarantee.
4.4 Pashmina Wholesale cannot reimburse the postage costs, or any other costs, related to sending the product due to Return or Cancellation.
4.5 Pashmina Wholesale cannot accept returns on orders of samples (less than 10 pieces)
4.5.1 Samples should be ordered only to see the quality of the goods and are provided at a loss to us to promote larger wholesale orders
4.5.2 On orders of samples, colours may be changed, but we will notify the customer
4.5.3 On orders of 100 pieces or more Pashmina Wholesale offer to refund the cost of any samples ordered. This offer is restricted to a single sample order only and does not include any postage costs. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time without providing notification to the customer.
4.6 All sizes and measurements are approximate but Pashmina Wholesale do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
4.7.1 When near match colours are requested. e.g “Dark Brown”, Pashmina Wholesale will not be held responsible for any colours which are received and deemed unsuitable or incorrect. We offer neelam thread matching to ensure colours are matched correctly.
4.7.2 When a specific shade is chosen by the customer, Pashmina Wholesale will not be held responsible for any colours which are received and deemed unsuitable or incorrect.
4.8 On orders of Viscose / Synthetic / Giftware products, a small number items may contain imperfections / defects, such as pulled threads, marks etc. Pashmina Wholesale cannot accept part-returns, substitutions or refunds as a result of defect products. However, the entire order can be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
4.9 Due to the nature in which our Viscose Plain Pashmina Style Scarves are mass produced, some items will contain slight imperfections / defects, such as pulled threads or marks. Some items will contain defects such as holes or rips. Pashmina Wholesale cannot accept part-returns, substitutions or refunds as a result of defect products. However, the entire order can be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
4.10 If you’d like to return the goods to us please notify us via email and we will inform you of the correct delivery address to send the goods back to.
5.1 If paying by PayPal, any refunds which cannot be honoured using PayPal’s refund feature may be subject PayPal’s payment receipt charges.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 The customer acknowledges and agrees that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in Pashmina Wholesale or our licensors. The customer is permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us.
5.2 The customer acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that the customer may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website. The customer further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and the customer agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
